Hípica Base is a consulting, training and coaching company that occupies a space in the equestrian world that is different from that of traditional equestrian centers. We are mainly aimed at people who want to start in the world of horse riding safely, as well as those who have had bad experiences riding a horse and want to regain lost motivation and confidence. We also offer sports coaching and education services.
We differentiate ourselves by uniting psychology with extensive experience in horse riding and support technology, such as our mechanical horse Marengo, which allows to experiment without risk. Thanks to Marengo, our riding simulator, we can work on different aspects that have to do with the position of the rider on the horse, the physical preparation of the rider or the recovery of confidence after a fall or injury.
Our history
Hípica Base was founded in 2016 under the name of IndoorHorse. Both brands, along with PsicoHípica, belong to Equus Interactiva, a company that is also engaged in other activities and whose sole partner and founder is Josep Closas Compte. In addition to Josep, other professionals from the world of horses and psychology collaborate with Hípica Base.
